Terms
Terms of service
Simple version-1 terms covering use of the platform, account responsibility, paid plans, and practical limitations.
Using Auditly
These Terms govern access to and use of Auditly.tech. By using the service, you agree to use it only for legitimate business purposes and in line with applicable laws, internal workplace policies, and these Terms.
Auditly is provided as a business software platform for inspections, corrective actions, and operational compliance workflows. Customers are responsible for deciding how the product is used inside their organisation.
Accounts and workspace responsibility
Customers are responsible for their workspace configuration, invited users, and the accuracy of information submitted into the platform. Users must keep account credentials secure and must not share access in a way that bypasses assigned roles or permissions.
You must promptly notify us if you believe an account has been compromised or used without authorisation.
Acceptable use
You may not use Auditly to break the law, interfere with the service, probe for vulnerabilities without permission, upload harmful code, or access data that does not belong to your organisation.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or overload the platform.
- Do not upload content you do not have the right to use.
- Do not misuse authentication, invitations, or organisation access boundaries.
Subscriptions, billing, and changes
Some Auditly plans or modules may be offered on a paid subscription basis. Where billing applies, fees, plan limits, renewal terms, and payment handling will be presented through the product, an order form, or another commercial agreement.
We may update features, pricing, or packaging from time to time. Any changes will apply prospectively unless we state otherwise in writing.
Intellectual property and customer data
Auditly and its underlying software, design, and documentation remain the property of Auditly or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the platform itself.
Customers retain ownership of the records, images, and other content they submit to the service, subject to the rights needed for us to host, process, secure, and support that information while providing the product.
Availability, disclaimers, and liability
We work to keep Auditly available and useful, but the service is provided on an as-available basis. Except to the extent required by law, we do not promise uninterrupted availability or that the service will be error free in every circumstance.
To the extent permitted by law, Auditly will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or data arising from use of the service.
Suspension, termination, and updates
We may suspend or restrict access if necessary to protect the platform, investigate misuse, respond to legal requirements, or address unpaid accounts. Customers may stop using the service at any time, subject to any active subscription terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Auditly after an update takes effect means the updated Terms apply.
